Tim and Cathy Wilson >> Chairman Donation Letter The Fall Membership Campaign is in full swing, with letters to members going out reminding us to renew (our fiscal year begins in July) and a great Campaign Kickoff in the works. You may know this year’s Campaign Chairs, Tim and Cathy Wilson of Escanaba, from the library where Cathy is an Assistant Librarian or from McDonald’s, where Tim is Supervisor. They have been involved with the Center for most of the time they’ve lived here. “When we moved here 18 years ago. I took the Arts Center for granted,” Cathy said. “I grew up in a bigger city and there were always art centers around.” “It never occurred to me what a jewel we have until I’d lived here for a while and could better appreciate just how lucky we are to have the Bonifas in our relatively small area.” Both Wilsons have volunteered for various duties around the Center, working at Auctions, sitting on the Board of Trustees, and they’ve taken advantage of family opportunities like classes and special events. “The Center is also the home of affiliate members, including Players,” Cathy said. “That partnership has been great for both entities.” “I like the exhibits in the Gallery,” Tim said. “I always try to get in to see them.” “There’s something for everyone,” Cathy added.
