Chairmen Donation Letter Tim and Cathy Wilson “Be A Hero” – it sounds like such a tall order requiring gigantic leaps of faith and colossal strength. All that’s really required is a commitment to something you truly believe in, and action to support that commitment. We believe in the power of creative thinking. Whether in theater, music or art, we’ve discovered all this and more can be found at the William Bonifas Fine Arts Center. It took us a while to realize how lucky we are to have such a wonderful facility in our own area. The diversity and quality of the programs rival those available in big cities. The traveling exhibits are world class and thought provoking and the Youth In Art exhibit is a testimony to the talent of our local youth. The classes and workshops provide the opportunities to try something new and exciting. In our case, it’s helped to establish the family tradition of attending the Gingerbread House workshop. Performing arts events, such as Missoula Children’s Theater and the cabarets, expand horizons for us all. The Bonifas also provides a home base for local affiliates including Players de Noc and the Bay Area Arts Association. But maintaining the facility and expanding the programs offered requires a commitment from the community. Our financial goal for this fall campaign for community support is $110,000. That can only be achieved through your support, through membership or tax deductible donations. Memberships begin at just $30 for individuals and $40 for families. Consider adding a bit – it’s still a bargain! Day sponsorships to commemorate a special day in honor or in memory of a loved one are available for a $100 tax deductible contribution. As an added bonus, all members receive a 10% discount on all workshops. We hold the arts as one of the most important things we add to our daily lives.
