Let Legacy remind you how captivating Celtic music can be! This power trio from the South returns to Michigan for the sixth summer (wonder why??) bringing toe-tapping tunes to our cool Theater.

Trio members are Valerie Plested (fiddle, vocals), among the finest and most expressive young talents in the Southwest’s Celtic scene; exceptional musician Justin Murphy (flute, whistles, guitar, bodhrán, vocals), whose powerful tone on the flute and swaggering rhythm have been compared to such contemporary notables as Seamus Egan and Frankie Kennedy; and at the heart of the trio configuration, Michigan native Don Penzien's (guitar, bodhrán, whistles, vocals) DADGAD guitarwork provides the solid, driving rhythms that have long been a hallmark of Legacy performances.

Tickets $15 (or take advantage of the "Music Lovers' Deal" and get tickets to three events for just $40. Only available at the Center.)
