Impress your friends. Get to the point. Cut it out. And color your world with music. That’s the plan for the Summer Painting Daze this July at the Bonifas. Working from the inspiration of the masters, instructor Eddie Moritz guides students through a different period of art each week for these four exciting sessions.
Step into a Starry Night as you explore the work of Van Gogh, or transform your own room into a lush exotic garden by “painting with scissors” like Matisse. Whether you fancy Seurat’s Pointillism, or submerge yourself in the music and Abstract color of Kandinsky, you’ll perform like a world class artist and create your own personal masterpiece each week.
Attend all four sessions and you’ll also get a photo of you with your entire portfolio—a great addition to your Instagram or family Facebook page. So Strap on your paint palette, holster those scissors, and keep reaching for the stars...or should we say Starry Night.
Week four: Abstract Expressionism (Kandinsky) - Connecting color with music
Classes will be held at the Bonifas Fine Arts Center Studio.
