Culinary Arts: What’s Cookin’? — Cooking Demonstration and Tasting

The perennial favorite series, “What’s Cooking”, is BACK! The series of cooking demonstrations are designed to bring out your artistry in the kitchen. Each session includes step-by-step demonstrations in the kitchen and delectable samples in the gallery. Viewers leave with a list of tips and recipes in hand and a smile on their faces. A questions & answers period will follow demonstrations.

April 2 Chinese food with Brianna Ecklid – Brianna grew up in Gladstone, but have spent two formative years during high school in a city of Cheng Du, the spice capital of China. Brianna will share the authentic recipes and tips as well as fun memories of her Chinese adventure. She lives in the UP and works in Escanaba Public Library and will demonstrate how to make an authentic Chinese dish that will change your perception of Chinese food – for the better.
