An event every week that begins at 3:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until October 20, 2020

Dates: Tuesdays, starting Sept. 15 for 6 weeks

Tai Chi & Qigong are ancient, gentle Chinese exercises that are practiced around the world. They involve slow, controlled movements to improve flexibility, muscle strength, balance and fitness. It is easy to learn, safe and effective.

Each class includes:

• Warm-up and cool-down exercises
• One or two movements per lesson, progressively leading to competing the basic core movements
• Qigong breathing techniques
• Tai Chi principals including those relating to improving physical and mental relaxation.

The class is held in the Bonifas Gallery or Studio with social distancing requirements observed. At this point face coverings are required.
