Tahitian Style Workout

Instructor: Jeana Harmon Dates: Wednesdays, Sept. 18 - Oct. 23 from 6 to 7 p.m. There are many styles of Tahitian Dance and we will touch on each style to create a workout that is fun, and also gets you in shape fast.  All levels are welcome, you don’t have to be a dancer to attend.  Come join the fun!!   Jeana Harmon is a veteran certified instructor who taught adult health and exercise at Bay College and has been teaching exercise for over 30 years.
