Making a Microwave Bowl-Cozy

Due to the COVID-19, this event has been canceled. Instructor: Lois Pilon Dates: April 9 This two hour class is bringing you a perfect solution to handling hot dishes. Join instructor Lois Pilon and make a bowl-cozy that makes handling hot bowls out of microwave safe! Place your microwaveable dish inside the cozy and put the whole thing in the microwave to heat. To take the dish out, you simply grab the corners of the cozy. Cozies will also protect your fingers when holding a bowl of ice cream and will keep your nice wooden table from harm. Made with cotton fabric, batting and cotton thread it is completely safe to use. Combine your creative drive and your skills as a seamstress, and produce a very functional object that will also bring a joyful splash of color to your kitchen. Wheel-Thrown and Hand-Built Pottery

Prepare for the fishing season with this spring series that will meet once a week for four weeks. Abstract Expressionism Painting Techniques
