There are several different types of meditation techniques. Mindfulness Meditation is a guided introspective meditation; it is a 2000 year of technique of the Buddhist Theravada Tradition. It helps enhance mental discipline, slows down racing thoughts - helps alleviate sleep disorders - reduces stress and promotes inner peace and harmony.
