Watercolor Excitement with Ink

Instructor: Ed Fenendael Dates: Tuesday, September 10 1-4 p.m., Wednesday, September 11, 9-4 p.m. Watercolor and ink is a great combination when creating a piece of art. Using the ink marks to guide you in your composition and design makes for an exciting process. We will use a limited palette (very few colors) and work on small and medium pieces of watercolor paper. The pigments and watercolor paper will be made available at the Art Center along with brushes, pencils, erasers and the permanent pen we will use. If you have your own supplies, please bring them with you. Also bring several photographs (usual size; not oversized) that excite you. We will not be creating from cell phones, i-pads or computers. Each of the two days will begin with a short discussion followed by a demonstration. You will then have plenty of time to work on your individual pieces. Emphasis is always on individual attention. Each day will end with a gentle and informative critique. Plan to have fun and leave this workshop with a renewed sense of creativity! This workshop will be open to all levels. Please see supply list for suggestions. All levels welcome.   Bonifas Member: $125 | Non-Member: $140 | Become a Bonifas Member »
