Fledg- ling playwright Jerry Przpezniak and his fiancée are a couple of Buffalo greenhorns suddenly swept up in the whirlwind of New York's theater scene when Jerry's play is optioned for the big money, ego-driven world of Broadway. It's a young playwright's dream, but the crazy characters and dilemmas they encounter are the things theatrical nightmares are made of. Studies by the National Institute of Health have proven the effectiveness of yoga for mental alertness, stress relief and increased immune system function. Students will learn how to synchronize breath with standing postures and increase the benefits of their workout. Using the same sequence each time, improvements are easy to see. With this repetition, the Ashtanga practice itself becomes meditative.
